1.2 - TeamCMS has the right to change this document at any time and it is solely the user's responsibility to keep up to date with these terms and conditions.
§2. User Registration
2.1 - When you create an TeamCMS user, you automatically accept these terms.
2.2 - You agree that TeamCMS are allowed to store your confidential and personal information securely.
2.3 - You agree to let TeamCMS use and forward your information to trusted partners.
2.4 - TeamCMS is at all times allowed to ban and/or delete users who do not comply with these terms, which are described on this page.
3.1 - When you purchase our product, you waive your 14-day return.
3.2 - Payment is made through "Stripe.com", and TeamCMS therefore disclaims any form of responsibility, for the processing and storing of persons' creditcard informations. We refer to Stripe.com's "Terms of Service".
3.3 - All payments are conducted in Danish kroner. If the user wants a different currency, the user must pay for additional handling fee.
3.4 - When paying, the user accepts that the user's IP is stored with TeamCMS.
3.5 - In order to purchase TeamCMS's products, the user must be 18+ years old.
4.1 - The product described herein is to be understood as the license ID that is given after purchase.
4.2 - At the end of the rental period, the users product is automatically suspended.
4.3 - After a product's suspension, the user has 10 days to pay for the product. After this, the product will be deleted and all settings and data will be lost.
4.4 - The user's license ID must not be disclosed to others. If the license ID is being used on multiple domains, the user's license will be closed and the user deleted.
4.5 - TeamCMS has the right to close the users license and delete the users product at any time, if these terms are not met. Refund is not possible.
4.6 - Be aware that there is NOT an automatic payment system on TeamCMS products.
4.7 - If any downtime, it is NOT possible to demand money or extended product rental time.
5.1 - The user always has the opportunity and is always welcome to contact us via one of our contact options.
5.2 - Employees always have the opportunity to refuse to help users if the user does not comply with the support rules described here:
5.2.1 - The user must always behave properly and have a calm tone.
5.2.2 - The user may not send links that are not from "image" pages such as "imgur, gyazo, prntscr, etc.".
5.2.3 - Personal information can only be provided via the helpdesk.
5.2.4 - It is not allowed to "spam" helpdesks. This means sending the same message, with the intention of overloading the system.
5.2.5 - TeamCMS has the right to permanently ban users whose "phone" is being used to "prank" TeamCMS.
5.3 - It is up to the individual employee to interpret these rules and the leadership/management is 100% behind the employee's decision.
